Return Policy

At Wear The Clothes, we work hard to bring you quality pieces and a service worth trusting. Still, if you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to make it right.

📦 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return — no need to explain why.

To start a return, simply email us at info@weartheclothes.com with your order number, and we'll take it from there.

🧾 Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email)

Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be refunded and will be returned to the customer at their own cost.

🚚 How to Return

  1. Email us at info@weartheclothes.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Once approved, send the item to the return address we'll provide.
  3. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or sent in error.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We can't be held responsible for lost return packages.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 14 business days, using the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are final sale:

  • Customized or made-to-order pieces
  • Intimate apparel (e.g. underwear, swimwear once unsealed)
  • Final sale or heavily discounted items, unless defective
