Billing Terms and Conditions

1. Pricing

All prices on weartheclothes.com are displayed in USD (US Dollars). International customers may see prices auto-converted to their local currency at checkout. Final order total in USD is shown at the checkout step.

2. Payment methods

We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa. All transactions are processed through Shopify Payments and are encrypted.

3. Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. If you don't receive it within 30 minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.

4. Billing accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Orders placed with invalid payment details may be cancelled.

5. Charging

Your payment method is charged at the time of order placement. If the order cannot be fulfilled (e.g. stock issue), the full amount is refunded within 5–7 business days.

6. Currency conversion fees

If your bank charges currency conversion fees for purchases in USD, those fees are not collected or controlled by us. Please check with your bank for international purchase fees.

7. Refunds

Refunds for cancelled orders or accepted returns are issued to the original payment method. Processing time: 5–7 business days after our approval. See our Return Policy for full details.

8. Disputes

If you notice an incorrect charge, contact us at info@weartheclothes.com within 30 days of the charge. We'll investigate and respond within 1–2 business days.
