Currency

All prices on this website are listed and charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD). The amount shown at checkout is the exact amount charged to your payment method.

Taxes

Applicable Canadian sales taxes (GST, HST, or PST depending on your province or territory) are calculated automatically and shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden fees: Canadian customers pay no customs duties or import charges on delivery.

When You Are Charged

Your payment method is charged at the moment you place your order. You will receive an email confirmation with a full breakdown of products, taxes, and the total amount charged.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed through Shopify's PCI-DSS-compliant payment infrastructure over an encrypted (SSL) connection. We never store your full card details.

Billing Descriptor

Charges will appear on your statement under our store name. If you don't recognize a charge, contact us at info@weartheclothes.com before contacting your bank — we resolve most questions within 1–2 business days.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please verify your card details or try another payment method. Contact your bank if the problem persists.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued in CAD to your original payment method within 10 business days of our receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank may need an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of purchase by emailing info@weartheclothes.com. After 12 hours, the order has entered processing and can no longer be cancelled.
