Welcome to Wear The Clothes. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from our store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. We serve customers in Canada, and all prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

2. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms we have received your order; a contract is formed when we ship your items. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability). If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

3. Prices & Taxes

All prices are shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Applicable Canadian sales taxes (GST/HST/PST, depending on your province or territory) are calculated and displayed at checkout. Canadian customers pay no customs fees or import duties — the price you see at checkout is the total price you pay.

4. Shipping

We offer FREE shipping Canada-wide. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 7–14 business days after dispatch (8–17 business days in total). Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days after delivery to return eligible items. Refunds are issued in CAD to your original payment method. Full details, including exclusions and the return procedure, are in our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

You may change your shipping address or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing info@weartheclothes.com. After 12 hours, orders enter processing and can no longer be changed or cancelled.

7. Product Information

We make every effort to display product colours, measurements, and details accurately. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings and manufacturing tolerances. If a product you receive is materially different from its description, you are entitled to a free return under our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Payment

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed over secure, encrypted (SSL) connections. See our Billing Terms & Conditions for details.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) is owned by or licensed to Skiepa LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights you have under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation, which remain fully in effect.

11. Consumer Rights (Canada)

These Terms do not limit any mandatory rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your province or territory (for example, the Consumer Protection Act of Ontario or Quebec's Consumer Protection Act). Where these Terms conflict with mandatory local law, local law prevails.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Canadian consumers retain the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of their province or territory of residence.
