Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on weartheclothes.com. We ship across Canada.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to all provinces and territories in Canada. We do not ship to PO boxes in remote territories where carriers cannot deliver; if this affects your order, we will contact you.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is FREE on every order, Canada-wide. There are no minimum order requirements and no hidden fees. All prices on our store are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Order processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During high-volume periods (e.g., holiday sales), processing may take up to 2 additional business days.
Delivery time
Standard transit time is 7–14 business days after dispatch. Total time from order to delivery is typically 8–17 business days. Deliveries to remote areas and northern territories may take a few days longer.
Carriers & tracking
Orders are delivered by Canada Post and partner carriers. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 2–5 business days to show its first update while the parcel is in transit to Canada. You can track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.
Customs, duties & taxes
Some orders are fulfilled from our international warehouses. All customs clearance is handled by us — Canadian customers do not pay additional customs or import fees on delivery. Applicable Canadian sales taxes (GST/HST/PST) are calculated and shown at checkout.
Order changes & address corrections
Need to change your shipping address or cancel? Contact us at info@weartheclothes.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we can no longer change the address.
Delayed, lost or damaged shipments
- Delayed: if tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
- Lost: if a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
- Damaged: if your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will resolve it with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
