Ordering
Which currency do you charge in?
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes (GST/HST/PST) are shown at checkout — the total at checkout is exactly what you pay.
Will I pay customs fees or import duties?
No. Canadian customers pay no customs fees or import duties. There are never surprise charges on delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — within 12 hours of placing your order. Email info@weartheclothes.com with your order number. After 12 hours the order enters processing and can no longer be changed.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Is my payment secure?
Yes — 100%. Checkout runs on Shopify's secure, SSL-encrypted platform (PCI DSS compliant). We never see or store your full card details.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE Canada-wide on every order — no minimum.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 7–14 business days after dispatch, so 8–17 business days in total.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. The first tracking update appears within 2–5 business days. Track anytime on our Track Your Order page.
What if my order is delayed?
If your tracking shows no update for more than 10 business days, email us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost, you choose a free replacement or a full refund.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days after delivery to return items that are unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags. Email us first for a return authorization (RMA). Full details: Return & Refund Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, return shipping is free — send us photos within 7 days of delivery.
When will I get my refund?
Within 10 business days of our receiving and inspecting your return, in CAD to your original payment method. Your bank may need an extra 3–5 business days.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes — exchanges for a different size or colour ship free. Email us to arrange it.
Are any items non-returnable?
For hygiene reasons: underwear, swimwear, and earrings cannot be returned.

How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size chart. Between sizes? We generally recommend sizing up. Unsure — email us before ordering, we're happy to advise.
