Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Use it to follow your package all the way to your door.

How to Track

1. Find the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
2. Enter it on 17TRACK for worldwide tracking, or on Canada Post tracking once the package is in Canada.

Tracking Timeline

• Processing: 1–3 business days after your order.
• First tracking update: within 2–5 business days after dispatch — don't worry if it takes a few days to appear.
• Delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch (8–17 business days in total). Final delivery in Canada is typically handled by Canada Post.

No Updates?

If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 business days, email us at info@weartheclothes.com with your order number. We'll open an investigation with the carrier. If your package is confirmed lost, you choose a free replacement or a full refund.
